Dear Friends,

1. Dec 7 at 7:30pm in the LaCorte Recital Hall on the CSU Dominguez Hills campus, California.

2. Dec 8 at 8:00pm at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church in Long Beach, California as part of the Long Beach Guitar Society’s concert series.

These concerts will feature noted classical guitarist, Dr. Scott Morris and the CSUDH Chamber Singers directed by Dr. Sally Etcheto.

The composer will be present at the premiere for various press-related activites.

Glise’s Stabat Mater Speciosa - “The Blue Virgin” was originally premiered during the combined US and European tours of the St. Joseph Chamber Choir (US) and the Chorale Divertimento (France) with directors Frank Thomas and Jean-François Droulez in 2005.

We would like to remind you that a COMPLIMENTARY copy of the DVD of the European premiere of Glise’s Stabat Mater Speciosa, his Mass for the Children (for orchestra, 2 chorales and solo guitar) and his double concerto, The Pendulum (for violin, guitar and orchestra with optional published versions for flute, guitar & orchestra and a version for guitar quartet) is available through the New York City website UrbanGuitar.com.

Parts and scores are available through Aevia (address below). We sincerely hope that Glise’s Stabat Mater Speciosa will help guitarists secure concerts with their local chorales during the Christmas concert season.
